Ed Palumbo (DotEd)

From CEA: Self-described ‘amateur epidemiologist’ Ed Palumbo studies the how and why of winning strategies in Consumer Marketing as a Social Strategist for Opera Software International. By merging his hobbies of game design, problem solving, and studying viral outbreaks with a background in business management and organizational culture, Ed built a career around creative social strategy. From Internet t-shirt sales and crafting real life items from video games, to helping found and annually plan Pennsylvania’s prestigious Keystone Weekend and Stanford University’s OpenWebCamp, Ed’s known for it. Ed lives and works between Philadelphia and Silicon Valley where he continues to build his life long collection of LEGO Minifigs.
