LLCbyMBM is an electronic service created and provided by the attorneys of Maiello, Brungo and Maiello to efficiently and cost-effectively create Pennsylvania limited liability entities. LLCbyMBM is operated by the Pittsburgh based attorneys of Maiello, Brungo and Maiello who will assist the client throughout the process and are available to answer any questions and to provide guidance to those who use LLCbyMBM. Upon completion of the entity creation process, the client will be in possession of all documentation confirming the entity registration with the Commonwealth, the taxpayer identification number and all entity organizational documents. More importantly, the client will have an established relationship with an attorney and a law firm positioned to assist the business with its legal needs as it begins operations.
